
The new search
We've completely redesigned the search, equipped it with some AI features and gave it a full-text search. Now you can search all activities, customer attachments, articles, knowledge articles, subscriptions, emails, comments and, above all, the content of documents.

With version 4.1, Exxas introduces a powerful search engine that indexes all your data within the platform. You can define specific search areas to avoid querying the entire database each time—for instance, when you're simply looking for a contact. Emails and documents are also indexed by their content, including readable PDFs.
Naturally, the popular features from the current search remain available. You can still find a contact and use right-click to create a job, task, or project directly.
The new search engine is already equipped with several artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. For example, indexing is performed by a self-learning system that collects and analyzes data. This data will be used to continuously improve the search engine in future updates.
Machine learning is not limited to the search function alone. With version 4.1, Exxas enables deeper insights across the entire platform through various application analytics systems—allowing us to study user behavior, assess usability, and monitor performance and system errors more effectively.
